Mindset ‘EQ’ Hydrotherapy Respite days are Fun, Enjoyable and Relaxing. Each client is different, so Aquatic Breathing techniques are taught to the client in the dry environment, with the client offered a choice of Hydrotherapy routines in The Heat and Wet Area. The Mindset ‘EQ’ Hydrotherapy Programmes can be delivered in One to Three days to suit each individuals requirements and needs.

Clients learn the Mindset Models of Accelerated Learning which allow clients to teach themselfs the Aquatic Therapy Techniques without the need for a coach or trainer. Mindset Models are designed to work alongside personal training and support sessions, allowing clients to achieve the very best from their time available, develop at their own pace and to use Hydrotherapy as a background to the imporatant focus of Aquatic Breathing and ‘EQ’ recovery.

Hydrotherapy and Spas

1. One Day Program – This day is Focused on Basic Aquatic Breathing & Hydrotherapy, in the water with Hydrotherapy & Heat Rooms for Recovery.

2. Two Day Programs – provide the time for learning the Aquatic breathing Techniques with Aquatic stretching therapy in the pool, while using the Hydrotherapy and Heat Rooms for Recovery.

3. Three Day Programs – establish advanced Aquatic Breathing and Aquatic therapy including Synchronized Flotation to coordinate breathing for body and mind relaxation in the water, with Hydrotherapy and Heat Rooms for Recovery.

Syncronised Basic Water Exercise ‘Sculls’:
Sculls (hand movements used to propel the body) are some of the most essential part to synchronised swimming. Commonly used sculls include support scull, stationary scull, propeller scull, alligator scull, torpedo scull, split scull, barrel scull, spinning scull, totem scull, canoe scull and paddle scull. Breath & Stretching
Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately expanded and flexed in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps and to improve function in daily activities by increasing range of motion. READ MORE.

Mindset ‘EQ’ Hydrotherapy Respite programs focus on the exercise of the mind and body in water for the reduction of negative stress, the improvement of breathing and coordinating the body and mind, to Refresh and Reset the client to be ready for the next challenge.

Clients choose which Heat Rooms they wish to use. Three different Sauna rooms and Four different Steam rooms are available for the Hydrotherapy Breath Routine. Aqua Exercise and Water Flotation all play an important part of regular stretching of the bodies limbs to enable positive breathing and recovery from negative stress.

Breathing Techniques are learnt in the Dry Area or Outside. Following practice, clients move forward into The Hydrotherapy Environment and Wet Area. The Main Hydrotherapy Spa provides a choice of water massage treatments in the pool for muscle and limb recovery, which can be mixed with the chosen heat rooms, used for the breathing and stretch routines to manage negative stressors and reduce anxiety build up.

All Mindset ‘EQ’ Hydrotherapy ‘Respite’ programs come with a unique 360 Review Document for personal review and HR monitoring. An Mindset ‘EQ’ NLP Award is achieved for each individual attending the Mindset ‘EQ’ Hydrotherapy Restart programme, including covering the breathing and physiology techniques used and learnt during these course day/s to allow clients to move forward on their own.
