The Mindset ‘EQ’ Walk & Talk Courses comes in ‘One day’, ‘Two day’ or ‘Three day’ programmes. Each ‘Respite’ Walk & Talk Course is built around the clients needs. The ‘EQ’ Walk & Talk experience provides a unique ‘Respite’ with Introduction Walk & Talk options to allow the client to learn the Mindset Models and Techniques for recovering from negative stress and to promote Positive Performance in themselfs without the need of professional support.
This Walk & Talk session allows the client to focus away from the immediate challenge and allow for a relaxing and enjoyable experience of walking with Zeus and his trainer, while the client can focus on adopting the Mindset Models of Accerated learning required to teach themselfs how to use the breathing and thinking techniques taught by professionals and support therapists.

The Mindset ‘EQ’ Walk & Talk courses are designed to use the outdoor Walk & Talk Experience as an activity to manage negative stress and promote Positive Performance and Mental Health Wellbeing, to reduce time off work from sickness. Clients learn the Mindset Models of accelerated learning to focus on the psychology of Negative Stress Management and Positive Performance without the need of a Mental Health Coach or Support Therapist.
The Mindset Models of Accelerated Learning can be applied to almost any given situation and workplace experience. Once learnt, clients can teach themselves the techniques used by professional psychologists from the vast array of video and tutorial material available online without the need of coach or professional terapist. Clients choose to develop at their own pace and with practice can master the techniques required to reduce negative stress and focus on Positive Performance.
Mindset Models of Accelerated Learning are designed to work alongside coaching and professional support staff empowering clients to take control of their wellbeing, using Walk & Talk routines as a background to the imporatant focus of Positive Performance and ‘EQ’ recovery.

Each ‘EQ’ Respite programme is tailored to the individual client requirement, allowing the client to understand the modules of Mindset psychology, to reset and refresh the body and mind, ready for the next challenge.
Mindset ‘EQ’ Walk & Talk Courses come with a personal reference document, providing each individual client with their own referral guide including the learning’s from the day, practice techniques and management plan to move forward with. ‘Respite’ days can be a full focus or mix of activities to suit the client requirement. All days include videos and images of the day.

Two and Three day programmes provide a deeper dive into the client requirement with advanced modules for complex client roles, to support wellbeing and the positive behaviours required to deal with unhealthy stress and its triggers. Clients will cover Mindset psychology, anatomy and physiology and breathing techniques used by doctors, psychologists and leading sports professionals at an early intervention stage, so the client can take control of their own wellbeing without the need to take time out due to illness.

Fit 4 Walking ‘Recovery & Management’ Days and Courses enable the client to coach themselves in the use of Sports and Musculoskeletal prevention and recovery techniques including hydrotherapy, ligament physiotherapy, stretching and breathing. The routine’s also Resets the Mind and Body to reduce negative stress and revive wellbeing at an early stage, to manage both Musculoskeletal wellbeing and negative stress build up to enable consistent performance for the next important project.

This enables clients to self coach their own wellbeing to keep performance on top form and to focus effectively on the next challenge ahead.
