The Mindset ‘EQ’ Golf programmes are designed to use Golf as an activity, learnt in only one day, to manage negative stress and promote Positive Performance and Mental Health Wellbeing, to reduce time off work from sickness. Clients receive a Full Positive Performance and Mental Health Wellbeing Golf programme, using the modules learnt, during this Accelerated Learning Day.
Clients will learn in only One Day, The Mindset Models of Accelerated Learning of How to Swing the Golf Club and Hit the Golf Ball, no matter if you have never tried to play golf before. Once learnt, clients can teach themselves using the vast array of video and tutorial material available online without the need of coach or professional help. Clients choose to develop at their own pace and with practice can master the techniques of golf using the Mindset Models of Accerated Learning.
Mindset Models of Accelerated Learning are designed to work alongside coaching and support lessons allowing clients to achieve the very best from their time available, to use Golf as a background to the imporatant focus of Positive Performance and ‘EQ’ recovery.

The One Day ‘EQ’ Golf course includes the basic modules for Positive Performance and the management of Mental Health Wellbeing, while two and three day courses include additional Mindset Accelerated learning modules to play a round of Golf on the course and with their peers.
Mindset ‘EQ’ Golf programmes provide a platform built around fun and relaxation at First Class Golf Facilities, for the reduction of negative stress and Mental Health Wellbeing, enabling clients to take the time required to Reset the mind and body for Positive Performance while managing negative stress for positive outcomes and achievement.
For those who want more, clients can choose the Two or Three Day ‘EQ’ Golf programmes to focus on improvement models of their skills on the Golf course where they will learn how to connect with their playing partners and the rules of course etiquette, during this Accelerated Learning Course.

Additional advanced days include The Mindset ‘EQ’ Golf ‘Performance of Excellence Day’. This a client focused day including a 4 hour coaching session, providing accelerated learning and professional coaching, focusing on the clients Golfing Skills using the very latest in video and CCTV technology. The session supports a Fun and Engaging way for client’s to achieve a performance of excellence including Mindset ‘EQ’ concentration modules for managing unhealthy and negative stressors, for Positive Performance and Mental Health Wellbeing, while improving the clients Golf skills.
The Mindset ‘EQ’ Golf NLP Award, focuses on the psychology of positive performance and mental health stress management, while learning to play the game of Golf. This accelerated learning course provides an effective education solution for preventing time off work from sickness for key members of staff and those seeking to recover from negative stressors.

1. One Day Programme – This day is a Focused day on How to Hit the Golf Ball consistently in a day (even if you have never played before).
2. Two Day Programmes – provide the time for learning to model excellence in playing Golf on the range and on the course.
3. Three Day Programmes – establish the ability to self install the models you have learnt on The Range and The Course without the need to Refresh – Reset – Restart every time and includes the ‘Practice Like a Pro’ experience session. Refresher and Advanced Courses are also available.
4. ‘EQ’ Respite ‘Performance of Excellence Day’ options are a client focused day including a 4 hour coaching session, providing accelerated learning and professional coaching, focusing on the clients Golfing Skills using the very latest in video and CCTV technology. (Lunch is available by request).
5. Fit 4 Golf ‘Recovery & Management’ Programmes – combine learning how to play Golf and enable the client to coach themselves in the use of Sports and Musculoskeletal prevention and recovery techniques including hydrotherapy, ligament physiotherapy, stretching and breathing.

We work together to provide the client with a new way of Thinking through the use of Golf activities which the client can choose from. The psychology of mind and behaviour is a key focus during all the ‘EQ’ Golf Positive Performance and Mental Health Wellbeing Programmes.
The Mindset ‘EQ’ Golf programme focuses on the reduction of anxiety build ups and the prevention of unhealthy negative mental health stress states, that can causes relapse in performance and fatique.
Joining the Mindset ‘EQ’ Golf Programme is a fun way to destress, providing clients with all the skills they require to make a new beginning using the backdrop of Golf for the management of negative stress.
