Courses are delivered through personalised education and activity modules for key members of staff, executives and high performing individuals, with Fun Activities for wellbeing following each heavy delivery, sales engagement and important performance to manage the reduction of negative stress.

The Golf ‘Respite’ Days and Courses use Accelerated Learning Skills to have the client up and Hitting the Golf Ball on the range within a day. Two and Three day courses involve learning to play a round of Golf on the course with peers or entertain clients and build relationships, while the client learns about Golf Etiquette and Positive Performance using Golf as a fun activity for managing negative stress in the future.

Clients take time away from their workplace to consider and establish clear, specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for individuals and teams. Walk & Talk Programmes are delivered in a choice of interesting and unusual settings to allow for fresh perspective and Thinking.
Walk & Talk days can be used with the backdrop of a Positive Performance Presentation during their walk day, to capture and feedback new ideas and Thinking.
